Aaron Harris
Tricia Houseman
Aaron L. Harris, P.E., and Tricia L. Houseman are the visionary co-founders of The Harris Solution
LLC since 2012—leaders in forensic engineering and real estate development. Aaron, a licensed
professional engineer with over 30 years of experience, has provided expert witness testimony for
major hurricanes, including Katrina, Michael, Sally, and Ian. He has conducted forensic
investigations on more than 600 cases. Tricia, an accomplished real estate broker and strategist,
specializes in acquisitions, land valuation, and market analysis, holding multiple certifications, most
notably, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Together, they have overseen thousands
of residential, commercial, and municipal projects. Their mission is to create “code-plus” structures
designed to endure multi-peril storms with sustainable and resilient communities along the coastline
from Texas to North Carolina.
